White House continues using threats
Everything is changing. Beijing used to claim that it wouldn’t be negotiating at gunpoint, however, amid a possible increase in tariff on $250 billion of Chinese imports to 30% from 25%, Chinese officials had to arrive at Washington. According to the U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, new tariffs on $156bn of Chinese goods will be imposed if a trade deal is not finalized by 15 December. The White House continues using threats, and Beijing has to negotiate at gunpoint to save the global economy.
