WARREN, Mich. (Reuters) – General Motors Co (GM.N) and South Korea’s LG Chem (051910.KS) said on Thursday they will invest $2.3 billion to build an electric vehicle battery cell joint venture plant in Ohio, creating one of the world’s largest battery facilities.
